Eisenbahn-Bau- und Betriebsordnung

The Eisenbahn-Bau- und Betriebsordnung^[1][2] ("Ordinance on the Construction and Operation of Railways") or EBO is a German law specifying rules and regulations for railways.

Contrary to trams and light rail operating under the Tramways Act (BOStrab), railways operating under the EBO will rely on signals during their normal operation.
